POSITION DESCRIPTION: TECHNICAL WRITER/EDITOR (HONOLULU)

Referentia Systems Incorporated is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to be part of a cutting-edge engineering team to test and evaluate innovative and adaptive security strategies for the Department of Defense.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of various documents supporting joint military test and assessment operations which include advertising, planning, training, evaluation, and status reports.

Duties:

• Work with the Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA), test planners, test products point of contact (POC), and senior managers in the review and publication of all test plans, test products, and test reports.

• Assists in the creation and editing of various technical documents including but not limited to:

o Operational research and analysis

o Test and exercise plans

o Test products


o Analysis Reports

o Technical articles and brochures that advertise the program.  

o Ad hoc documentation as requested


• Works with program managers to ensure review process (drafts, changes, updates) is being followed to meet deadlines


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience, or an Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience within a related technical field.

• Knowledge of data management techniques and processes, including data collection, data validation, and data storage.
 
• Good working knowledge of database structures and database requirements.  

• Superb written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, quick learning self-starter

• Ability to manage time and work independently with little supervision

• Must be able to obtain security clearance.
