Job Title and Description:
Web Developer

We are seeking a full-time Web Developer for our Web Design and Technology Tools team to create and maintain our web-based products and tools.  

Under the direction of our Program Director or Associate Program Director, you will perform varied technical and content-related tasks such as:

• Checking new and existing websites and web-based software applications for data accuracy, typographical errors, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility;
• Updating our intranet and website and various client websites; and
• Creating web versions of statistical reports, checking the accuracy of statistical output, and data entry.

Qualified applicants must have:
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Ability to multi-task, creatively problem solve and work effectively under deadline pressure;
• Desire to actively collaborate with a growing team committed to high quality work and innovation;
• Enthusiasm to learn, and the ability to seek and develop, skills and knowledge around content and technologies;
• Bachelor’s degree; and
• An interest in education and education-related issues.
