Program Manager

Oceanit is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Manager with a successful track record requiring hands-on program management and technical leadership skills to:
- Support and coordinate ongoing & new programs and business development.
- Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Support existing programs and coordinate with technical business program managers. Identify selling opportunities within assigned area and scope of responsibility.  This includes promoting other Oceanit products/services.
- Participate in industry associations, seminars and events to develop market awareness and leads.
- Present the value of Oceanit products and services in daily business activities and in the face of competitive response.
- Ensure high client satisfaction levels by providing valuable insights and support to Oceanit and the Client’s business.
- Support SBU with product/service specific marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness.
- Implement statistical matrices to evaluate effectiveness of business development work.
- Create efficient systems for current operational procedures.
- Coordinating product sales efforts
